The everywoman discussion forum provides a space for users to network with other like-minded women, build contacts and exchange support. We want every user to have a positive experience on the forums and we therefore expect that anyone who uses them will act in a responsible manner and have respect for their fellow users.

It is important to read the following rules carefully as they define what type of behaviour is and isn't acceptable on everywoman discussion forums. They help to maintain a professional and supportive atmosphere for everyone who uses the forums.

All users' comments are their own, and are not those of everywoman. By posting on the everywoman discussion forums, the user grants everywoman.com the right to re-use any or all of the content of the message.

The following activities are deemed to be unacceptable on the everywoman discussion forums. everywoman n reserves the right to remove any messages that fall within any of the criteria for these activities:

Advertising or Soliciting
It is strictly prohibited to advertise on the discussion boards. Any buying or selling of products, offering items for sale or linking to personal items for sale is also prohibited.

Links to websites
While links to websites are allowed in signatures and in the body of messages, these links cannot form part of blatant soliciting or advertising activity. Such links will be removed when seen by the everywoman moderator team.

Collecting users' information
Attempts to collect or store personal information about other users of everywoman will not be allowed.

Offensive and Abusive contents
Libellous, unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, harmful, sexist, homophobic, threatening, obscene, racially offensive or otherwise objectionable material will not be tolerated on everywoman websites. Visual sexual references are not allowed.

Court cases
Please do not post anything relating to any ongoing or pending court case as such a post may be in Contempt of Court.

Spam
Purposely spamming a message board with senseless, vacuous, or empty messages in order to push messages to the top of the active thread list is not allowed. We don't allow the submission of the same or very similar contributions many times. Please also don't re-submit your contribution to more than one category or thread.

All users who register as everywoman members and who use the discussion forums agree to be bound by the rules and terms and conditions. Any user who breaks the rules or terms and conditions may have their message removed followed by a warning and possible banning from posting on the discussion forums.


Any query or complaint about the forums should be directed to everywomannetwork@everywoman.com
You can also report any message that you feel is breaking the rules above by clicking the "Report this post" link underneath the message. It will then be evaluated and removed or edited at the moderators' discretion.

Although the administrators and moderators of the everywoman discussion forums will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off the forums, it is impossible for us to review all messages. Messages express the views of the author, and the owners of Everywoman Limited will not be held responsible for the content of any message.

The owners of the everywoman discussion forums reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason.
